Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your return authorization code.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
